Perfect fit and easy to install. Excellent price. It will probably look slightly different from your original and you will need to be careful not to damage the orange sealing band when you insert it into the flue pipe since this is a VERY tight fit. If you are capable enough to remove the old one and install a new one, then this will just be common sense to you. Do not wait until your inducer fan fails. If your heater is more than 10 years old, consider replacing this as soon as the heating season is over and save yourself some grief and aggravation down the road. R & R takes about one hour if you have easy access to your heater.

First, the product is as easy to install as it was to remove the old part. Just make sure your breaker/ system is powered OFF (i.e. breaker) before beginning work. Also, as the other review has mentioned the orange rubberlike band along the top will ensure that the exhaust venting is securely fitted, however this may present problems unless you remove the lower portion of that exhaust vent so that you can make sure there is a proper fit while out of the unit. This will also allow you to more easily tap the holes necessary to fit the unit to the exhaust vent.
