I ordered this item and it received with 1/3 parts missing, meaning I couldn't clip the case together. I re-ordered it and 2nd time lucky I got the whole case this time. However, after using it for a couple weeks I dropped my off the side of my bed and it bounced off the carpet, the connection in the top part of the case where it clips into the middle case managed to break and the top part is now hanging off. It was the most gentle fall you could imagine but it was enough to snap the plastic.One more issue with this product which was frustrating, was the screen protector. On the tempered glass there is a black border which covers the edge of your screen. You can't see crosses sometimes to close ads, or sometimes parts of the text are hidden because the edges of the screen happen to be behind the black part of the screen protector. No matter if i repositioned it some part of the screen was always hidden.This is a nice looking case, I love the colour and feel of it in my hand, however these are the only positives. This case is going in the bin, and I don't believe it's worth the £10 price and I wouldn't trust it protecting my phone with such thin cheap plastic, especially considering it couldn't handle a 3ft drop onto carpet.

I've had a couple of these cases under different brand names. This is a perfect fit for my phone, definitely snug. Adds barely any size to the phone and all cut outs are accurate. The headphone cut out only allows a slim 3.5mm jack to fully engage, fine for most modern earphones but the plastic surround on the plug of my headphones is just a couple of mm too wide and so the connector won't engage fully. The biggest issue is with the clips that secure the tip and bottom end pieces. They're quite fragile meaning once the case is fitted you're unlikely to remove the case without breaking it. Not really a problem unless you often swap sim or memory card. The clips also can break after dropping the phone, it may save the phone but a new case is required. I've found this to be consistent from whichever brand you buy of this style case.

Dropped my phone on the first day of having this on and saved it...also accidentally dropped it quite alot and still no breakage

Case fits well and I love it only thing is the screen protector arrived broken but don't let that stop you from buying this case still well worth the money

The case itself (black & gold) looks great and is easy to fit & to take off (I have dexterity issues with hands). However, the problem was with the tempered glass screen. Whilst it fitted nice with the case off - as soon as you fit the case, the sides kept lifting up. I tried different ways of trying to put the screen on, but it just kept lifting. I have now had to buy another tempered screen and this fits beautifully - and I also haven't experience any keyboard issues like I was having with the one given with the case.

Well made and well fitting. Slightly dull colour. Back very slippery & had to return back to seller because of it. Grip very poor. Refund very quick.

Nice phone case,fits well and seems good quality.However, this comes with a screen protector,which was one of the reasons I opted for this item,but it does not work.Once I put the screen protector on I could not get the case on,as it kept lifting the protector. Gave up after many frustrating attempts and removed it and just put the case on.
