Nice pain relief but not very soft plaster.
Sticks on well but not very soft in texture. Slightly more rigid paper plaster but gives good pain relief which lasts about 3-5 hours time. Good price but I can not drape it well on my neck curved area...over the shoulder area is much better.

My patients love these
I make sure I have a box of these on hand to and pout to my neck pain patients. They are so thankful. I then send them the Amazon link so they can purchase them themselves. They last four hours and spread outwards to warm and soothe the tight painful muscles.

Does not stay on.
It does not stick/stay on the skin. Also it is difficult to apply.

Any level of sweat will have it start to peel. So, do nothing whike wearing it and stay inside! My neck is pretty painful so I cant say it provided any real relief. Enought to feel a slight cooling sensation and thats about it. might be beneficial to others.

Helpful With Pain
These things are great for the pain associated with ascites. I wear them on my abdomen and back where cancer pain has been, whenever I can afford them. They are occasionally painful to remove, easily solved by wearing into shower and letting them slide off effortlessly! Thank you.
