I don't know if this is intentionally or not, but when you press the open button, the umbrella doesn't open completely. It opens up 10/12 of the way and you have to push it up a little more. Also, when I first received the umbrella, the handle and some of the spokes were extremely greasy. A wet wipe cleaned it easily. It works well on most rainy windy days, but not on super windy days. Other than those relatively minor problems, it works well. I wish that it was vented though.Edit: +1 for their customer service!
