Will this unit trip if you use pull 24.5amps?

I am currently pulling about 28amps and have been consistently for over 30 days. It is not warm and does not seem to be impacted by the power draw.

Should PDUs be connected only to computer equipment? What about home appliances?

It is possible, but this PDU is designed to be rack mountable so unless you have a server rack next to your home appliances I am not sure why would you want to use this one. Just get a regular surge protector to connect your home appliances. BTW, this unit includes L5-20 to 5-15P adapter to connect to a "regular" home outlet.

is product description incorrect? It says 16 C13 outlets but the pictures show C14???
