Hjero Universal Smartphone Car Mount - Retail Packaging - Black

My Samsung Note 3 is a pretty big phone and it fits in the holder perfect. That said it seems to fit in the vents loosely and the weight of phone causes the vent to pivot downwards putting the phone at an odd angle. I'm going to try sticking a foam rubber square with 2 sided tape to the dash to prop the bottom of the phone up for a better viewing angle.

So far, it tends to fall off the vent grills, when it does hold, my phone has popped out of the holder on semi rough road, I'd pass on it. Now that said, when using it on glass the suction holds like crazy, this is good! so I have raised my rating.

Really like this mount. We bought 2 of them, one for my husband's chevy truck that we mounted on the dash and one for my honda fit that we mounted on the front windshield. We liked that this will hold either the iphone 6+ in a case or iphone 6 in a case. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 6 is that we haven't had it that long so I'm not sure yet how it will hold up.

I honestly hate to give this only two stars. It's a quality built item. The packaging/box is A+, the delivery was quick. But, there were no directions to speak of at all. The unit would appear fine on my windshield for several hours, but would fall off. After several tries I just had to stop using it as it might damage my console or dash. Too bad, its a well-made/packaged item. Just didn't work for me -- there were no instructions for using the rest of the items & don't have time to figure it out.

All-in-one, not great at everything however and can seem flimsy at times.The long manipulative arm really needs something to rest on while in use, letting mine flop around was very noticeable driving on the concrete roads out here although the suction cup/gel mount stayed in place I wouldn't trust it as much as I did.I cannot use the air vent mount in my car due to the vent design so I do not know how well it works.

The instructions are non-existent. The suction cup end won't stick to any of the plastic surfaces in my car [like the dashboard]. I finally attached it to the window, which worked well until the weather warmed up. It falls off the window on a hot day. Finally, it's not quite wide enough for my phone -- an LG Stylo 3.

Absolutely terrible. First off the box was open inside the box it was shipped. Second, the mount doesn't not securely hold an iPhone 6 plus. When trying to snap the holder closed, you probably can get 1-2 "clicks" of pressure to hold the phone.I didn't feel this was adequate enough to secure it in place. Lessened learned, you get what you pay for. Opt out for a different mount to hold your $800+ iPhone.

Wasn't sure if I'd like this or not when I first took it out of the package, but I'll have to say that it's grew on me quite a bit. It stays in place on the window quite securely, and I've never had any issues with my phone falling out of the holding clip portion.
