Korean Hand Acupressure Massage Balls

For the price I paid, I really expected a better product. The balls did not fit the hand very well, which my hand is average size. They didn't handle well and just didn't meet expectations for the money I paid. I would not buy this again. It was a mistake.

These Korean Balls are amazing. I was working a job that involved lots of repetitive work with my hands and these balls really helped me. They are also great for use on your feet. Just sit down and put the balls on the carpet or a rug and roll your foot over them. It is the best foot massage and hits all the points on your feet to loosen up your body. If your are a crafter or in repetitive work these are for you!

This hurts my hands. I thought it would be a good way to strengthen my hands because I work on a computer all day. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the balls have sharp metal points that HURT! Instructions are in Korean so they didn't do me much good. Overall, a disappointing purchase.

I lost this. That was my fault, I may get another one in the future.

Roll them gently in your hands as directed. As little as 20 minutes will really limber my hands (piano player) and give me an energy boost.
