Love the compactness and the audio quality of this product. It is being used for meetings that I have to transcribe (dictate). Holds a charge and it is very inconspicuous.

Initial impression after 24 hours: Good hardware with sketchy softwarePros: Very good audio quality Very good audio volume Compact, portable Back lighting display with back-lighted record button Relative ease of operationCons: Cannot turn off the loop function. It continues to play the same file instead of once and there no option to turn off the looping. To stop file play you need to press "stop" twice instead of once. Obscure confirmation when deleting a file. You can position the file number to delete but at confirmation it indicates the date instead of the file number which is obscure because there could be several files with that same date. The date is incomplete without scrolling to the end of listing. Typical poor documentation with obscure or non existent description for some of the functions.Yet to be determined: Battery life DurabilityIn conclusion, I would buy it again for my casual purpose use. However, this device could benefit from polishing the software OS. More attention to detail in this area required including with documentation.

I was absolutely surprised when I received the product. You understand its quality when you first touch it. First of all, the material is so durable. It won't easily break even if it falls down lots of times. And the sound quality is unbelievable! It is just so tiny but both records and plays in unbelievable sound quality! It is louder than my iPhone! :) Great tool for sound recording and even playing!

The sound recorder is actually working better than I expected. At first I had my hesitations when ordering, but after I had the product, it all went away. The material of the product is very high quality. I use to record the sounds of the birds while I was sitting in the park and I got very nice results. I would recommend to anyone

I purchased to record meetings in a small room. Very poor quality recording and could never get sound increased to where I could hear the replay except right next to my ear. Instructions are hard to follow also. Might just be me - but sorry I purchased. Had a problem early and Amazon was great but can’t use this for what I wanted. Phone works much better.

Didnt tape on two separate important occasions when I needed. Believed it to be taping but it didn't.

I like the small size and the button placement of the device. Makes it easier to use. It has a premium look which I like a lot. Sound quality looks great even if I haven’t had the opportunity to test it in different environments.
