My physical therapist uses a similar item at his practice, he suggested I get a set so I could do my exercises at home as well. These are just as great ad the ones he uses but at a fraction of the cost.

Best Tool I've used for any pain (Shoulder, neck, feet, everything)
I absolutely love this product set! I purchased it because I'm trying to fix my dowager's hump before it gets too severe and I ended up using it for so much more. I get painful sharp sensations in my feet after walks and stretching doesn't last very long before the pain comes back. Once I used the spiked ball and rolled it on each food for a minute each after a walk or once a day, my sharp pains are virtually nonexistent. I also used the smooth balls after shoulder surgery (I got a frozen shoulder) and used it to work out kinks and tight muscles. It also works really well on loosening my muscles in my neck to improve my dowager's hump. I wasn't expecting a miracle but these products did far more than I expected.Last note, I use it to massage my husband's achy feet, legs, and back and he loves it! Great product!!!!

Good quality set with nice variety
So far they are strong and do the job. It took me awhile to find a complete set. And when I saw these such a great price, I was very happy to give them to my husband for a gift.

Used the ball twice and the glue between the layers of foam gave out.
