Only had this item a few days but so far it rocks! Cranks out the ice like crazy. Super quiet, only makes noise when it drops the ice. Only issue is that the ice bin is small compared to the amount of ice this thing can .make. That's not a big deal considering how fast this unit makes ice. I simply take excess ice and put it in the freezer. I've had numerous ice makers and this one beats them all. Time will tell on longevity. That sad, very pleased and would recommend. Oh ya, great seller. Item arrived timely and well packaged.Update 10-25-2019: After living with this unit for sometime, my initial impressions no longer hold true. The basic design of this unit is flawed. Ice gets caught and blocks the sensor that tells the unit it's full thereby stopping ice production even though the ice bin is empty. Additionally, the mechanism that ejects the ice continually hangs up and again stops ice production. Due to these issues, I can no longer recommend this unit as it is completely unreliable..

Bought this for our RV and have been very happy with it so far. It makes a load of ice (about 12 cubes) in 6-8 minutes. I don't know how much it makes in a single day, but it keeps up with my ice chewing habit. Only real noise I hear is the ice dropping into the bucket but it is not noisy by any means. There are other slight noises, like when it fills the cube maker with water but only hear it if the tv is off and there are no other noises. During the day I don't notice it at all. I'm considering buying one for the house as the refrigerator ice maker is constantly freezing up. Wish they offered colors other than just stainless steel but it matches the appliances.

We LOVE this ice maker, except for the fact that the inside body (the actual ice maker itself) is not level. I should have sent it back, but I waited to give it as a gift to my husband, plus we did not want to go without it during the return time. It makes ice so much faster than the other ice makers I have had. I like the ice even better than SONIC ice!

The ice melts fast and doesn't fill up all the way.

Works fairly well. Design of the ejection and ice detection system flawed in that a minimal amount of ice can block sensor. This leaves system in a sleep state even when very little ice is in the basket. Ice cube got jammed under ejector arm and dislodged the arm from bracket in first month of use

The media could not be loaded.  Well, I guess it was just our turn to get a defective product. Made ice approximately a week and then just stopped. Receiving power, it's warm to the touch (like the compressor and freezing process is suppose to be working), but no ice.Tried using the troubleshooting guide but as many of these products are made out of the USA, the user guide's English translation is lacking.Not sure I want to ask for a replacement, as the quality and uniformity of the ice cubes was not good (but maybe a problem relating to the now inoperative ice maker?).I wouldn't recommend purchasing this item because obviously there are some quality control problems.

Makes ice quickly. Problem is the part designed to push the ice into the bin after freezing only pushes the ice partially down the slide and not all the way into the bin. UPDATE: Manufacturer followed up on my review and replaced the ice maker. New machine works perfectly. Excellent customer service.

I purchased my ice maker in May of 2019. worked great and loved the product. The water pump died so ice is being made. I've spoken with Amazon, the seller everyone, even asked questions here how to get warranty information. The seller told me he was unavailable for a couple months but would get back to me. Never did. The unit is great as long as it works, but, at least in my situation, there is no support.
