I've ordered these a few times now and I'm a real fan of them.When I got my first order I was a little surprised to not have more of the blank ones, or an even distribution of white and black. I have white ipads and iphones, but all of my laptops and imacs are black, so it would be nice to have a choice of colors where maybe half are blank and half are closed, with an even number of them in the small and large.Initially I didn't like having to put black ones on my white objects but as I ran out of them I got more comfortable with it.These are nearly perfect, and I haven't found anything else like them. The one reason I'm buying more now (initially bought 2 packs and lost one) is because I've found that if I remove the ones on my phone and put them back on often enough the oil on my fingers tends to ruin the static sticking ability, and they simply fall off or get lost in my pocket. I guess you could consider this wearing out, but they remain intact otherwise. I'm sure they're cleanable but I haven't found the right combination that makes them be as effective as they initially were. I've lost over half a pack this way, but given the cost and the problem they solve this is a very minor concern for me.Even the ones that don't stick are still useable. I'm actually still using one on my rear phone camera that I found in the couch, and as long as I keep an eye on it it sticks just fine. The only issue is that it glides across the surface easier and can fall off if it gets to the edges (hence the problem with putting them in my pocket).I just bought another 5 packs of them and have been recommending them to everyone I know. Unfortunately, until my next order arrives I don't have one to stick on my front cover since I've lost the rest. I've grown sort of addicted to having all of the cameras covered, so it's strange not having control over the front one in the mean time.All things considered, this is a great product.

Extremely disappointed because I was specifically wanting a STATIC CLING sticker to cover the camera on my device. Instead, these are basic adhesive stickers. And it's obvious the seller knows there is a specific demand for STATIC CLING stickers or else they wouldn't have deceptively used that term in the description.Typical Amazon scam... they bank on the fact that most people will count their losses and move on once the item is delivered and you find out the item is not as described.For those who don't understand the difference or the purpose of static cling stickers for computer screens, here it is: Most of the time, you don't want to be exposed to your camera so you leave the sticker on it. However, when you do want to use the camera, you will peel the sticker off to expose it. STATIC CLING stickers (example: oil change labels) are particularly useful for this purpose because you can peel it off and back on as many times you want without ever loosing it's stickiness or worrying about adhesive residue leftover on the surface. Of course, this works best on slick surfaces like glass. That's what STATIC CLING was designed for.

I'm kind of so-so on these. They don't stick very well to some cameras but stick well to a few. I kind of felt stupid after this arrived because I was trying to cover my media players front and rear facing cameras for work and I saw that some of the stickers were just solid black and I thought to myself that I guess I could have saved some money and used electrical tape and accomplished the same thing. Oh well I'll find some use for them. Overall good concept, just didn't stay put or cover well enough for my needs.

Product seems to be fine and is Vinyl and uses static charge instead of glue to stick. But if the listing is for 12 black ones and I buy two of them, I should have 24 black ones; not 8 black ones and 16 with artwork and word "Closed" written on them which I don't want. It is almost like a blemish on the phone and distracting.Being rather generous. Giving 2 stars for quality product plus 1 of 3 stars because 1 of 3 stickers is what I actually bought.Came with some sort of a rotate-able lens cover freebie for buying more than 1 pack.EDIT:Upping to 4 stars since the sticker I've used I've seriously abused for 4 days and it still sticks great. The staticy vinyl only sticks to glass surfaces so while fine for iPhone 5 front and back camera for example, it will not work if your phone is metallic around the camera. (eg. sticks well to glass part of iPhone, not the matte metallic part)

Crap, don't waste your money. They make sense and work for the first bit of time, but then with everyday use they cling less and less. The way we use our phones on a day to day basis doesn't allow for this product to really be practical. If you place your phone in your pocket or purse several times an hour, it really won't stay on for much longer than a week. And that is considering that you never take it off to use the front facing camera.

These work well for iPhones and iPads in cases. I do not know if it would stick to the plastic cover on a waterproof case but it does stick well to back camera on my phone while in the case. I have also removed and replaced this cover several times but not often. Also, the vinyl covers have never rubbed off in my pocket either. These are also the most economical because these come in a pack of twelve. I also purchased the plastic slides. The plastic slides are good for desktop computers but not iPhones and iPads in cases because they are too big.

Don't buy these, they don't stick to your computer even after you clean the surface. Then if you get one of these to kind of stick, in a minute or less its starts to peel off. Save your money and put tape over the camera, I recommend painters tape and use a paper hole puncher to get a circle cut out so it will fit right over your camera.

I bought these because I heard I was being spied on from a friend who still loves Zeitgeist. They’re okay, but the design wears off and they get lost pretty easily. It’s stayed on my computer but not on my phone so I guess people can still see my face when I’m playing Hogwarts Mystery. Which I guess is okay...
