I think it is about time Amazon begins taking responsibility for its tolerance of unsafe products.This product is supposed to be safe and painless. This is how it is described: "HEALTH AND SAFETY - No leakage, No bleeding. She has no side effects, She won't cause pain to your skin, she won't make your skin bleed and scars." I should have known better. The description alone, in broken English, should have warned me that this product comes from a scammer who didn't even bother paying for a proper English translation. But wait! It gets much worse!Please take a minute to read the information on the image I uploaded as part of this review. There are no instructions about how to operate this contraption. Not in English, anyway. It seems that the manufacturer used the Google translator, because the so-called translation doesn't make sense. At best, it should scare the s..t out of you and convince you to send the product back immediately, if you were as naive as me to purchase it based on the reviews (that seem completely fabricated anyway). I cannot believe that any person in their right mind would even want to attempt turning this thing on, let alone trust their skin care to it.Buy at your own risk. I warned you. I am returning mine as fast as I can.

I never got it to work. I’m not sure if it was the “broken English” instructions that I found difficult to interpret on if it was actually broken. I read the reviews and thought this would be excellent. After receiving and failing to get it to work I went back and noted all the wonderful reviews were from those of Chinese descent, I’m thinking perhaps the Chinese instructions were better to comprehend. Sending this back.

I purchased this item and then realized the the instructions were impossible to follow. So, I watched 3 to 4 UTube videos on how to use it. I did discover that it needs to be charged for 5 hours. I charged it overnight, and the next morning it still would not turn on, or heat up...Also hoping to contact seller to get a return address, as I can't fine it anywhere.

The instructions were hard to understand and the healing time indicated three months.

The instructions do not make sense. Extremely poor translation. I'm sending it back. I'm very nervous about using it without the proper instructions. The positive reviews are not verified purchases which I did not notice unfortunately.

I chose this brand because of the review it had. Well it did not work for me. The unit would not turn on, the plastic cover of the adapter broke. Waste of money.

Looked at the reviews and bought it, looked like the reviews were fake. It did not work at all and there were no proper instructions.

This is a great tool. Yes there will be some pain, but, it is worth it. I had a very large and painful wart on the side of my finger and under my nail. I had it frozen at the doctor's office. Did nothing. I froze it over and over again with over the counter products. I had this painful and embarrassing wart for many years. Then I got this product which burned it off. It took a couple of applications, but it is gone. Totally gone. I also used this to remove large skin tags on my face. Perfect. I'd buy it again in a heart beat.
