For several years have had a protrusion at the bottom of my big toe. Stretched my leather shoe and that helped a little. Was looking at Amazon while calling a foot doctor to schedule surgery and saw these inexpensive cushions. Did not make a surgery appointment, giving these things a last ditch try.Oh my! Within six hours of using one of these spacers, 95% of the pain was gone, and using the same shoes. Only problem is that the directions are unclear as to which of the three shapes should be used and when.

I’ve had 3 bunion surgeries and was preparing for a 4th. Due to the timing of other things, I couldn’t schedule that surgery. I bought these and was a little skeptical, thinking they would feel weird on my foot. I’ve been using the metatarsal ring one and I love it! I can’t feel it at all and it has relieved all of my pain.

PROS:So I've developed a pretty noticeable bunion on my left foot. It doesn't really hurt or anything but it does look funny in socks and more importantly it does affect certain aspects of my workouts. Lunges and squat movements more than anything. I got these in the mail and I've only use the "double loop separator" but I have worn it ALL day for the past 3 days with no discomfort at all. It stayed in during my run, during burpees, and it has helped to realign my toe a little more while wearing it which i can notice with squats.CON:It's not really thick enough between my toes to create a "full" or "natural" alignment so my big toe still goes inward a little bit but it definitely helps and its worth the money.Oh and it comes with 6 pieces but you could use either one for the same foot so if you only have ONE bunion then you basically get double the product which is a WIN!

This has made my bunion so happy. If you look at CVS for the disposable ones, you will be paying a lot of money. This thing works. Do I expect it to last forever, no, but it lasts a long time. After about six months, I finally got a small rip in my first one (I was drunk and ripped it off) and it still only did a small cut. But hey, the box has two, so no problem. If you are even thinking about something like this (you are on the web site afterall), you need it and need to buy it now. Where else can you get out of pain for a few bucks? Cheaper then surgery or opioids.

I like the softness and that it is not uncomfortable.

This is a versatile and helpful product. I can’t say it’s going to cure a bunion but it helps. I have a mild one on my right foot that really doesn’t need this, but the one on my left is a lot more painful. I’ve tried all 3 varieties that are included in the box. The one with the big wedge that fits on the second toe does most to straighten and realign my toe. It fits with most flats on and is comfortable. The small loop around second toe and big toe is fine for daily use, too, but for me the separator is a little small and doesn’t straighten as well. I use the one with the gel flap that covers the bunion when I wear booties, as those shove my foot forward and put the most pressure on the bunion. All 3 are comfortable and do clean easily with soap and water. Buy it!

I’m pretty sure that I was sent a USED set of these, because I used these for a couple nights and developed a bad fungal infection on my first two toes of my left foot, exactly in the place where the item touched the skin. I think someone with athlete’s foot used these and returned them, and that is what I was sent. Now I have been trying to get rid of this infection and it’s driving me crazy.
