The band is soft but a bit snug, and should be adjustable rather than one size fits all. Does not hold all my hair, not necessarily made for hispanic/mixed hair that is naturally long and thick.

Great cap for holding my hair in one place. Also note it is a great sleeping mask as well. The cotton trim can go over your eyes. It was very purposeful. Would buy again
