This is the best mouse I have ever purchased. I do have neck back shoulder wrist issues from car, accidents, carpal tunnel, and working primarily at a desk for so many years. The position is really easy. It’s something in between a vertical mouse and a traditional mouse it really is the perfect fit an angle. I use my scroll a lot to the point that I wore it out. It did take me how to year and a half to do that but when I scroll up and down through my screens more than I click the buttons and I scroll quickly. I’m not surprised that it couldn’t keep up with me. But traditional mouse I would replace every 6 to 9 months , so this is lasted a lot longer. But more than anything it’s just very comfortable easy to use and the positioning is so much better than a traditional or vertical mouse. I opted not to get a wireless because I was concerned about any type of lag time. What I do, I can’t risk the lag time. So I’ve just always stuck with hardwire because I know that it’s gonna respond quickly .

The surface of this mouse is powdery and smooth. The click is snappy and satisfying. The mouse wheel has rubbery, firm notches. The feet pads glide like butter on a hard mousepad. It is perfect for smaller hands. The angle is a perfect compromise between usability and wrist comfort.It is the perfect mouse. It costs $15. It wears out after about 8 months of heavy use: the mouse wheel notches skip and the LED gives you a spastic reading now and again. You buy another one. It costs $15. A mouse is a pencil. Don't buy an expensive mouse. Grow up.

I bought this mouse 8 months ago, and I really like it for the most part. The size and shape are perfect for my small-ish hands, it's simple, and for the most part it works great. And for the great price, I feel that it still deserves four stars even though I have a couple complaints.The biggest issue is that the scroll wheel stopped working consistently after about six months. It didn't feel "clicky" anymore and wouldn't respond if I didn't scroll hard enough. It felt like it was just sliding without actually activating the scroll. Well I took a closer look today and noticed that the plastic outer edge of the scroll wheel had actually started to slide separately from the metal body of the wheel, so it wasn't even making the main metal part turn unless I applied some pressure.My simple fix was to apply a tiny bit of superglue where the plastic rim meets the metal part. I was careful not to get it on other parts of the wheel or to spin the wheel until it was completely dry. It seems to be working perfectly now. There was no need to apply it all around the wheel—just that dab of glue on the part that was visible on top of the mouse was enough.My other small gripe is that one of the small buttons by your thumb is hard-wired to be a "back" button for internet browsing, but I occasionally hit it by accident when holding the mouse and get sent back from the webpage I'm looking at, which is frustrating. My husband found a way to disable that feature on my computer, but it was complicated. I wish that key were not pre-programmed to do anything at all. It is useful for keybinding abilities in computer games, though.

Buttons are soft, so easy to click/no need to put any effort in clicking at all and works smoothly and accurately! I have 3 monitors and I can move anything across all 3 monitors without any hiccups. So far this is the most comfortable mouse I’ve used. I have been feeling wrist/thumb/forearm pain so I switched to vertical mouse. I had one from J-Tech, it helped a bit but it’s just too big for me. This on the other hand helped a lot. It has not eliminated all the fatigue/pain but it improved a lot. This is by far the best mouse I’ve tried. I wish it’s a little shorter but it’s just hard to find a small size mouse for my very small size hands. 2nd pic shows size of my hands for reference. 3rd pic shows how it fits my hand. Since I have very small hands, I have to rest my palm on top of the mouse, which is still a comfortable position because the mouse has a soft/kinda velvet feel (not plastic feel) and I can either rest my thumb on the side or on the top. Last picture shows the small size (top) and medium size (bottom) of this mouse. Medium is too big for me, and the buttons are harder to click.

Great little mouse works well for a great price. This is the third one I’ve bought, fast delivery and good packaging. The vertical tilt is perfect for smaller hands. Takes a lot of pressure off your wrist for long hours of computer work.

This wasn't too difficult to get used to. I really helps emulate wrist and elbow discomfort

The mouse works well, good resolution, easy to click, but the stiff, fat, heavy connecting cable means that every time you move the mouse you’re moving the whole cable, and if any part of the cable hits something, the mouse stops and you have to push through it.This is the reason so many mice come with a very thin wire-like connector, but the manufacturer wanted sturdy and unusable instead. I was actually hoping it would relax over time but it still has the tight zigzag folds it had when I opened the box. No amount of bending and straightening has helped.(It’s also a little slippery, but I put grippy stickers on my mice that wasn’t a big problem.)Update: The seller reached out to say that this was not how their mouse cable usually was and gave me a refund

While this mouse fits my hand well, the scroll wheel is a problem. It is a metal wheel with a rubber edge. After a few months the rubber edge starts to slip on the metal ring making scrolling difficult. Would much prefer a solid scroll wheel.

Good fit for small to medium sized hands. Ergonomic shape is very comfortable and was easy to get used to using. Corded, so no battery issues. Good cursor responsiveness. I have found that a wrist rest is still needed. I'm happy with this purchase.

This is a really good right-handed wired mouse for those that don't want to get bluejacked. But the left button is starting to wear out. Responsiveness is not as good as popular brand models, but considering wired peripherals are slowly getting phased out, this is a really good product that I'm glad I bought.

saves me some wrist pain, especially when using it for only 1-2 hours. i imagine the vertical ones are the most comfortable; however, this is the only affordable option that’s suitable for smaller female hands.
