Q: Can you roll for packing?

Not really but it fits in my hand luggage. I put it on top and it is ready to use when I arrive.

Q: Can you wear when in the pool?

I would say that you could if you weren’t planning on getting your head wet, ie having a little cool down and staying by the side of the pool but I don’t think you could swim, ie do lengths, wearing it. The peak would probably dry ok but not sure about the side bands.

Q: Can you tighten or loosen depending on head size?

The hat is flexible so will fit all sizes but will be a bit tighter on a larger head. It doesn’t meet at the back but reaches round the sides just past the ears.
