I have a meter and I changed my rating
I bought these for the EMF protection. I have an EMF meter and I tested them. I have tested all earphones (and the wires for the most part). These are about as good as it gets so far for EMF. My environment messed with the meter but it was easy to see where and what the airtube earphones were radiating (suprisingly not where the tube meets the microphone but mostly the wire itself). In comparison to multiple big name over ear headphones, all the way to cell phone ear buds and everything in between, these are about as good as it gets. wires are hot and they basically just relay the plug through the cord. it was easy to see the shielding there because it would almost have to touch the cord to get some reading. My advice, don't lay the cord on you and you're golden. Even if you do lay the cord on it, it's really below average electric field and way better than an unshielded wire. plugs are like 300+ vm just being close to it. Wires can be just about that high. These maybe 10 vm if touching it and this is coming from being plugged into a computer, that's plugged into an outlet, so the most juice possible running to these headphones. environment kind of messed with the magnetic reading but nothing changed from my environment to these headphones (from head to toe) so take what you will from that. I bought these specifically for EMF protection. That's why I wanted to give it a 5 star rating, but when i first started listening to them, i had $500 sound quality headphones on the brain. don't expect great sound quality, but after giving them some time, it's totally sufficient. My mom listened to them and said, the sounds not that bad. I want a pair. My dad said, why didn't they make it like the JVC Wired Ear Clip-On Earbud headphones. I would say if they would just change the ear bud style/ shape (if possible) to something that fits/ stays in the ear, something like the wireless apple earbuds (not an apple fan), then it's totally a 5; even if the sound quality doesn't change. Great product. Room for improvement. Knowing what I know about every other pair of headphones, I would recommend these for anyone looking for EMF reduction/ protection.Update:So for some reason now whenever I wear my headphones, I rub my throat because it feel irritated somehow. It starts maybe after 10 minutes and stops shortly after I take them off. I wasn't sure about it but when I take them off, I don't feel the need to rub my throat anymore. It's somehow connected to the speaker that's dangling right next to my neck. I took the headphones to a new environment and metered the magnetic and yeah it's about .4 to .6, which the Lowest Level Linked to Cancer is 1.0, and so i'm not sure if it's that because it could be that the metal is getting cold and it's like holding very small ice cubes 1 inch away from my throat. In either case, it's pretty concerning actually with so many important things in my throat like lymph nodes and thyroids and what not. I initially gave it 4 stars but now i'm going to give it 2. I don't know if they can design a second pair without a microphone/ volume control and make it mostly airtube so that the speakers can be as far away from the body as possible. I'm starting to think there's really no good options for headphones and health anymore.

Buzzing Sound, Two Pairs?
These earbuds are great because they don’t have EMFs like the regular ones do. Well, at least I’m assuming that’s true. I have no way to test them. Regardless, they are flawed. There is often a low, annoying, intermittent buzzing sound. Its not just when plugged into my phone. And it’s not a loose connection - it’s plugged in snugly. I thought maybe it was the adaptor (these headphones don’t have a lightening cable - adaptor is required, another ding), so I changed adaptors. When that didn’t work, I bought another set of earbuds thinking they were just defective. Two pairs. Same problem. If I’m listening to music, I don’t always notice the buzzing if the volume is high enough. But when listening to movies or other video, it’s an annoying problem. Also, I don’t find the volume button to be sensitive enough, either.Stay away from these.

Good but could use improvement
There are a couple of things I would suggest to the manufacturers. 1) Since my ears are small an ergonomic in ear piece to help with fitting inside the ear. Even with the smallest earpiece provided I still have trouble putting these in my ears they keep falling out. 2) The mic being closer to the mouth area would be helpful. Since it is soo far down I often hold the mic closer to my mouth so people can hear me. 3) Different fun colors would be nice for those of us who like to show our personality a little. Other than that I love that these headphones help to cut down radiation. If you don't have small ears and you have a long torso, I would definitely recommend these.

broke after a month but great customer service
I really liked these at first. I had peace of mind wearing them. They sounded ok and I used them just fine. Until the ear piece just randomly broke off. I have enjoyed wearing them. But now I am unable to. So I would have given them a good review until they became useless just now. I went to put them on and cant wear them. Not happy!Edited to add: They refunded me the full amount. I would prefer to have the headphones because I did like using them. But they had very nice customer service and handled the problem quickly and I am satisfied with their service.

air hose headset a must
my old air hose headset died, so i purchased this one and i am pleased. you can't use it on planes to listen to the entertainment, the air hose must interfere. i would not use any other kind of headset with my smartphone as the EMF's travel right to the brain! This keeps you safer.

Protects my head from cell phone radiation and works relatively well
I have been using this headset for a couple of months now. I bought it because I want to protect my family and myself as much as possible from cell phone radiation. From the specs of the headset, I am trusting it should do that pretty well, but I have done any measurements to confirm this myself. It performs relatively well. I never have issues hearing clearly while using it, but more often than not I have to speak loudly into the microphone while holding it really really close to my mouth so the person on the other side of the line can hear me.I liked the price I paid for them and I'm thinking that they make good listening headphones for when my kids want to listen to something on a device. I will make do for now with the microphone quality, but plan to explore other perhaps pricier options some time soon.

Great feel, but needs an EQ
I love how this product reduces emf exposure. It is made quite well physically. I personally think the smaller size rubber tips fit better. The main downside is the sound quality which sounds like a 30% crispness reduction with slight muddiness. An EQ could fix this. If you have a jailbroken iPhone, there’s a tweak called “equalizer everywhere” which solves this issue (my configuration photo above works wonderfully). Spotify has a built in EQ as well. I’m sure there are other global EQs for computers, but if you are on an unjailbroken phone or android, you may get annoyed by the muddiness (especially if you’re an audiophile).
