I run before work so I need light to illuminate my path and make me visible to cars. These are perfect.They slip over your hand so you don't have to hold anything. Your hands are free to wipe off sweat or fiddle with your watch/iphone. The lights are bright enough to light up the entire sidewalk and some surrounding area. The charging is easy. You can leave the lights in the sling while charging. Once it starts to get cold, I can wear the slings over my thin running gloves.

I have had these since late October and worn them at least 12 times. I run in the early morning darkness through areas without sidewalks or streetlights, on (poorly) paved roads and dirt/gravel shoulders. On the low setting I can easily see potholes and puddles and changing terrain, as well as see far enough into alleys and washes to watch out for coyote and javalina. I generally run for 30-60 mins and have not yet re-charged the lights since they arrived pre-charged. I have already recommended these to my running partner.

I bought these specifically for running. I mostly run at night, most often on paved trails that are in wooded areas, along creeks, lakes etc. I run into animals alot, coyotes, snakes, skunks, bobcats, etc., and I needed a light to shine on the critters to scare them away. I also wanted a light to alert vehicle drivers if I'm crossing the street. I had been carrying a small led flash light, but it's very burdensome on long runs. These RunLites are perfect. They stay put on my hands. The battery is held in with a small strip of velcro, so they don't fall out. The light is very bright, even on the low setting. I recently ran a nightime race and taped some blue cellophane to the light for a super cool effect. I wish had pics. I highly recommend the RunLites for anyone who exercises outdoors at night.

The finger holes are ridiculously small and it's just really an awkward setup with the velcro positioning they have. I couldn't even get them on my hand much less put a light in there and make it even tighter therefore I tried to return them and had to go on a wild goose chase beginning again to try to get a refund I have not gotten a refund and apparently this cellar I had such a terrible reputation the site says that items are non-refundable click click

Haven’t had chance to use too frequently as yet becos not dark when I walk. But nights drawing in and they will be put to good use.. fit well and shine bright!

The lights are good.But the sling is a bit small.And Im not a big guy.

I (asked and) received these as a gift for Christmas. I love them and use them multiple times weekly for running. They are bright and I can see (and be seen) very well on unlit roads and trails. They accommodate both wearing my gloves and handheld pepper spray, and even all at once, while still leaving my hands free to utilize my watch or other things! I recommend them to my friends and will probably even give a few as gifts.My son could use them for scouts with campouts and such, but he's not getting my pair! Time to buy him his own!

These were for someone who rides his bike a lot after dark. He absolutely loves them.
