There are many of these devices listed on Amazon and many even use the exact same photos. I chose this one because it was just a bit cheaper than the others.After putting it through the dishwasher, it looked like there was something on the edge of the outer blade, so I ran my finger across it; you know, like any common moron would do. MASSIVE, well-deserved paper-type cut. So I washed it again, because no one wants to eat my epithelials. Then I cut some chives with it. It worked very well. My only complaint is that I sometimes had to use two hands to force the scissors to close. It's still very new though, and I assume it will loosen up with time, or maybe with a little vegetable oil.

My trashcan shredder went by the wayside a year or two ago, and I got a pair of scissors like these to shred addresses or sensitive information. Just a few snips on a piece of junk mail and my identifying information is gone! Got these for a second desk :) since my first pair kept migrating.

Where have these been all my life? I cook all dinners from scratch every night so having short cuts makes me so happy. I grow the herbs I use the most so these scissors make short work of prep work. Just a quick rinse and there clean. I love these and will be my go to for bridal showers.

I find using these much easier than trying to use a knife. It is easy to get the herbs into thin strips. However, if you need your herbs diced very fine, they may not be the best.

I am always looking for nice kitchen appliances that make prep work easier and less work. These are great and are used often. I have also gifted them to someone and they use them often as well.

I love these things and wish I’d gotten them sooner. Makes cutting herbs a breeze! I used to dread chopping cilantro and now I actually look forward to it! They work great, easy to clean, and love all the other tools it comes with. Definitely recommend this product.

Not that much you could get out of it, doesn’t cut well, easier to cut with a knife

Have several of these scissors and have given them to friends. A great, convenient tool for the kitchen. Can be used to chop herbs and small items without making a big mess, taking out and electric item. Perfect for chives, basil and kitchen herbs.
