Over the years I have owned many vacuum cleaners (corded and cordless alike), and this one is hands down the very best. First of all, it is cordless and rechargeable Second, it is light but very powerful. The suction power as stated is 9 kPa is really good. Third, the running time after a full charge is long enough for me to clean the entire house. When it comes to dirt removal and cleaning, it is very easy; one can simply open the cover of the dirt cup, dump the dirt and wash the filter if necessary. In addition, the vacuum can be easily converted to a handheld. Last but not the least, the vacuum cleaner is pretty quiet when used, and this can be important for families that have smaller kids and pets.So finally, for the features and flexibility I am getting with this vacuum..I will definitely recommend it.

The vacuum arrived next day as per prime agreement and when opening the box I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality and how everything fitted together. I have had the Dyson model previously which I unfortunately ran over with the car and killed and didn’t want to spend that kind of money on what would be used as a “quick pickup” vacuum. I read lots of reviews and based on weight, battery runtime, cost and performance this one seemed to be well received.Seems to be well put together, all the connections for the tools and tubes click together with a nice satisfying positive click. Clear dust collector so you can see how full it is. Emptying is a catch on the bottom of the dust collector that drops the bottom and the dust falls into the bin, no need to touch bags etc. Motorised brush head works well, there are two speeds to the suction by pressing the button once or twice, nice and simple. I like the way that the head picks up from the front and the sides right up to the skirting and kitchen kickers. Motor isn’t too loud on either setting and has more of an electronic humming buzz.Comes with a wall hanging charger and selection of crevice tools. All in all very happy with the look, feel and performance. I’m an engineer and quality auditor so should know when something’s good, but also someone that can run over the Hoover they were just cleaning the car with. Give it a go, what’s the worst that can happen?

I bought this and was happy with it. Unfortunately my wife dropped it and two small pieces of plastic broke off making it unusable (three weeks old). i have looked everywhere to find spares with no joy. hopefully the seller will get back to me with a stockist. if they do i will give 5 stars.we waste too much and we need to repair and recycle more!

So glad I bought this.Takes up no room at all when stored It is very light and has great suction .It is very easy to separate and the attachments are really useful. With corded vacuum cleaner I always messing with the cord. It's very easy to use this cordless vacuum cleaner. it saves a lot of messing about. It's also very convenient and clean when you vacuum on the car .

Having purchased one of these for work I was so impressed that I bought another for home, Very easy to assemble and very easy to use. I had a minor issue with one of my machines but an email to HBCOO sorted this out and showed what fantastic after care they provide as well. Would recommend to anyone for both the product and the service.

I got this as a companion for my Henry (pre EU regulation version) The pull along (Henry) for Heavy work whilst this for day to day cleaning which became a bit of a chore to be honest with the Henry as its Heavy to move around; carry up and down the stairs etc. First of all, the HCBOO, is brilliant in that its light and easy to use. I'm also surprised how much it actually picks up. However, the suction for this version, the (9kpa) leaves a lot to be desired. There is no way it will/can replace the Henry, so I will keep that for once in a while "deep cleaning", but this will be fine for daily cleaning.Now, to my biggest gripe,. The power cord from the back of the wall attachment to the plug is roughly 1 metre-ish. Now, unless you happen to have a power outlet/socket exactly where you are going to have the wall unit attached, the power cable is way too short. I didn't want the upright attached to the wall unit for the bottom to sit on the floor, so I raised it slightly by about 10cm. This meant, I couldn't neatly cable clip the power cord to the wall. The end plug is now attached to an extension cable which I didnt want.. I might have to cut the cable and attach it to an inline coupler which is a shame but does give me options.

This is a great product. It is lightweight, which makes it so easy on me having arthritis. It also gets up the cat hair. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

I wanted a cordless vacuum for my flat. I watched many reviews and one in this one so I thought I'd go for.it. It was £85 at the time I bought and for cordless it's a feat price.It's very easy to set up, charges from the docking station with is a plastic bit you just slot it into.It's quiet and dies the job picjes everything up I've thrown at it. You can't compare to a corded vacuum at this price I hear the Dyson new modeks are very powerful but there 6 times the price.This has done everything I want it to and its so much easier. See some dust just hoover it up rather than having to get it out plug it in etc.
