Also, I also bought the tongs to include in my kit. I think with these small additions, I have a great kitchen set. I liked the fact that even with the additions, it is not too heavy! Cons: I think the kit should include the tongs and leave out two of the four sets of dinner ware. I am not sure you need 4 sets of dinner ware ( I don't even really need 2 sets). I think adding the tongs would make it a more "perfect" kit. Mine is actually only 3" thick and I have it stuffed with extras so I think 3.5" is the maximum thickness.
