It worked great for 11 years, and then I accidentally spilled a whole batch of lemon curd all over it. Just bought another one.

It's cute with the red accents. Toasts the way it should.

This is my second purchase to replace the previous toaster which I gave to a friend. I had been using it for 5 years and it was still going strong! I like appliances that aren't too high tech and this one fit the bill. It looks pretty on my kitchen counter, has wide slots for bagels, a cancel button to pop up your toast early if you want, the tray at the bottom opens easily to shake out the crumbs, and it is easy to operate. What more do you want? It tended to toast a little darker as the toaster aged, but that's what the shade selector is for, right? I was thrilled that it still came in red, and the price didn't break the bank.

This toaster is the perfect size for my small kitchen—compact but efficient. The red color adds a fun pop, and it was easy to set up right out of the box. It’s easy to clean, and the overall quality is great for the affordable price. Toasts evenly every time!

First few uses there was a smell of burning plastic. After 2 months of use it sporadically would not toast one side. Even though I turned up the toast level it would not toast darker and I would have to retoast. Maybe I got a faulty one.

This is my third purchase of this brand and model toaster. The first two purchased were exactly the same as this red one except black in color and one model lower because it did not have the cancel button featured on the front like the red one does. I decided to purchase this red one on Amazon for $3.00 more than the black style because of the cancel button feature. The black model without the cancel button had to be unplugged to get the toast to pop out if you needed to. For both the black and red toaster, in all the years I have used this brand toaster I have never experienced any toast get stuck inside or fail to pop out. I believe my first purchase was in 2014 so these last a long time. The red toaster settings seem to be more precise than the black toaster making perfect every time. I like my toast crisp and absolutely no burning on the bread as burnt toast makes my stomach sick - this toaster wins my vote for not burning and making perfect toast every time. I use a higher setting for English muffins and toaster waffles and a lower setting for regular toast. I have used room temp, refrigerated, and frozen products in this toaster without any problems. I have not used any sugar-coated type product in the toaster and recommend they are toasted in a toaster oven to keep the sugar frosting on the top. I recommend this product for its ease of use and precise settings for a variety of products and have always had excellent results in my experience - the toasted product comes out just the way I wanted it without a lot of hassle making adjustments.

Very pretty but uneven heating- two outside events work but interior ones sporadic/spotty. If I hadn’t thrown the box away I would have returned it.
