The supplied tools all worked fine and the online video is very well done and guides you every step of the way. That said, this repair is not for the faint of heart. You really need a clean, organized work space with good lighting. Take your time and watch the video - I watched it through once before even starting, then again as I was making the repair, with frequent pauses to allow me to catch up. I probably took 1.5 hours to complete the repair. The screws are tiny and are NOT interchangeable - follow the instructions to make a pattern to keep them organized as you go along. Now I'll wait to see if any problems show up over time, but my wife is very happy to have her iPhone restored. I recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to follow for novice user *by H***D on March 10, 2019* Instructions were pretty easy to follow. Some broken English but no big deal. Definitely need a hair dryer on medium heat for this install. I would recommend to the novice user but caution to take your time. I saved $75 vs $105 at a local shop. I was a bit nervous but again the instructions were easy to follow. I need to test more but I’ve noticed some trouchscreen sensitivy issues with light touching. But its likely a screen calibration issue. Not really a bug deal anyway and Im completely satisfied. Now to wait for a iPhone 11.I would buy from this dealer again and in fact looking for an iPad 2 screen replacement now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recommend this to anyone *by C***L on January 22, 2019* I recommend this to anyone, it's very cost effective in comparison to paying to have your screen replaced in Apple store. It does take a little time and patience - I spent approximately 1.5 hours on this - but is an easy process overall thanks to the included tools and step by step video in Youtube.
