Replacement screen installed, phone and both cameras seem to be working just fine, what more could you want. The supplied tools all worked fine and the online video is very well done and guides you every step of the way. That said, this repair is not for the faint of heart. You really need a clean, organized work space with good lighting. Take your time and watch the video - I watched it through once before even starting, then again as I was making the repair, with frequent pauses to allow me to catch up. I probably took 1.5 hours to complete the repair. The screws are tiny and are NOT interchangeable - follow the instructions to make a pattern to keep them organized as you go along. Now I'll wait to see if any problems show up over time, but my wife is very happy to have her iPhone restored. I recommend this product.

Instructions were pretty easy to follow. Some broken English but no big deal. Definitely need a hair dryer on medium heat for this install. I would recommend to the novice user but caution to take your time. I saved $75 vs $105 at a local shop. I was a bit nervous but again the instructions were easy to follow. I need to test more but I’ve noticed some trouchscreen sensitivy issues with light touching. But its likely a screen calibration issue. Not really a bug deal anyway and Im completely satisfied. Now to wait for a iPhone 11.I would buy from this dealer again and in fact looking for an iPad 2 screen replacement now.

I recommend this to anyone, it's very cost effective in comparison to paying to have your screen replaced in Apple store. It does take a little time and patience - I spent approximately 1.5 hours on this - but is an easy process overall thanks to the included tools and step by step video in Youtube. Hope i won't break my screen again, but if it does, I would definitely purchase this product again.

I bought this kit despite some reviews stating that the screen was not as good as the original. In all reality, this company equips us with more tools than we need. All I used was the two screw drivers and the tool that pries the screen from the case. The tutorial I watched on YouTube was about 5 minutes long. But it took me closer to a half hour to get all the way through. I kept rewinding and rewatching parts to make sure everything was completed properly. For most of us this is the first time we have attempted something like this. So expecting it to be the 5 minute pop and swap depicted in the tutorials is totally unrealistic. Finally, the screen doesn't sit as flush in the case as the original, but it's not a huge difference and my case still fits. If you are looking to replace a cracked screen so that you can just turn in the phone for an upgrade (like I am), this reasonably priced kit is perfect for you.

 The installation was fine, but the screen intermittently detects touch erroneously. In the video, the only time I touched the phone was to cancel the notification that popped up. Each of the blue dots and other screen movement reflects “input” received by the device. This is very problematic; I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I tried to replace the screen by myself and it was really successful previously with the replacement screen from this seller. The quality is good and the price is affordable. My friend requested me to fix his broken screen, so I still ordered one from this seller. The replacing job is very easy with the assistance of the video on YouTube, especially it was second time for me to replace, and it worked perfectly after installation of new screen. I am full of sense of achievement now:) And i will definitely recommend this products to people who want to replace the screen by yourselves, but just really be careful keep all the screw organize and don’t put it in the wrong place!

This case is very similar in quality & fit to those sold by Google for the 2013 Nexus 5. The fit is very snug, and the holes for microphones, headphones, & the USB-C slot are perfectly placed. I didn't like the Spigen case I bought (for 2 dollars more than this) because it exposed the phone buttons and didn't give me confidence that I wouldn't drop it. This case covers the buttons with no loss in sensitivity and has a more meaty presence. I like this a lot better.Also, it looks better. The 'Smoke' color is translucent, giving the phone's back graphic visibility through the case.

The product came very well packaged, with detailed instructions with color photos of the parts. This came in handy for sure, even though I also had a useful video on YouTube for additional guidance. The parts looked good and removing the cracked screen was easier than pie as they say.Then came putting it all together with the new screen. I started in reverse order and so installed the Home button - easy. Then the little cable - easy, and the metal retaining plate - so far, easy.
