Audio Controls DON'T work
The two pack I purchased arrived. They seem have a quality construction. When plugged in to my brand new iPhone XR, I hear audio fine, I am using working official Apple EarPods. The audio seems to work fine. The pause/play function works, however the audio controls for volume do do NOT and calling MIC. If I only needed an audio only without volume or calling features these would be okay. I am returning them and will purchase an adapter that works fully.

Garbage. Do not buy.
First adapter had a broken left channel - barely had any sound coming though. The second one has a ton of static and hissing. 3/10 would not recommend.

Did NOT work
I tried using this in my car and it sounded awful. I have an aux cord with a dongle connected so it would fit this product. I also have my normal charger that goes in the other port. When I plug in the charger and the aux to this product it makes an awful sound go through my car. I tried various aux cords and dongles and nothing helped. Even when only one is plugged in it doesn't work at all. If I just plug in the charger it doesn't charge and if I only plug in the aux no sound comes out at all when I tried to play music from spotify and apple music.

Doesn’t work on iPhone XS
Adapters will not work with iPhone XS. Phone does not recognize them when plugged in and will not switch to headphone output.

Complete garbag
I have the iPhone XR now and unfortunately need this adapter to get my old headphones to work. I thought this would be a solution, but it absolutely DOES NOT WORK. It plays music for about 1 minute and then cuts out. Then you have to unplug, replug, repeat, for another 1 min of music. I don't know if it will work on previous iphone models, but it certainly doesn't work on the XR.

Does not work.
Both cables say “accessory not supported by this iPhone” and stop working after 15-30 seconds. I have to unplug it and plug it back in and then it works for another 15-30 seconds before repeating. Now I’ve got to drive to ups and return these. Don’t waste your time.

“Unsupported accessory” error when you use them. I’m sending mine back. Don’t waste your time. iPhone XR.
