I got my case today. It was well packaged and fits snugly with my s10e. However, it makes the phone much heavier and bulkier, and very difficult to operate with just one hand. These issues don't bother me much as they were expected BUT there is one showstopper. You can't use contactless payments (e.g. Google Pay) with this case on, which for me makes it largely useless. Had I known (and I should have read the description more carefully!) I wouldn't have ordered it but, having ordered it, I'll just keep it for when I go on holiday etc. It's a shame that the original S10e has relatively poor battery life. Live and learn!

After 6 months, it's still working. My 4 yrs old S10e lasts a day and a half instead of half a day. Doubles the weight, but that's not a problem for me. I'm happy spending £30 prolonging the life of my otherwise working phone, that £300 for a new phone.

I bought it because I wanted to keep using an old phone for another year before upgrading and the battery life was annoying. It was really good and was exactly as I expected, but it stopped working after 2 months. Not the battery life expected.. however, i contacted the company and they immediately replaced the unit.I hope this lasts longer and I wish I could leave more complex review scores. I have left a five score.. because of the 5* - service, 4 - unit usage (when working), i guess any tech can have duds... so hoping the new one lasts!

Was excited about this case as I had a simiar one on my iPhone in the past and was really happy with it. This one, however, is not very well designed, for multiple reasons:-It obstructs the power button too much and makes it harder to scan my fingerprint.-The Jack hole is too small for many 3.5mm jacks to fit in-The case gets really hot when charging and using at the same time-the camera cutout is too small and obstructs the ultrawide lens-When plugged and charging, the case won't charge the phone, not even after it's full, so you can wake up in the morning with a fully charged case and a phone on 10%, which is dumb.-Contactless won't work. Although this is Samsung's fault for installing such a weak NFC sensor, bear in mind contactless payments WILL NOT work when you use this case.Avoid!

Really helpful. Easy to use just plug and it's start charging right away. You can stop charging by pressing the power button on the back. The fingerprint reader is not covered so easy to unlock the phone. Comes with a stand on the back witch is really handy when you're watching a movie. Mine lasted 1 and a half full charges before I had to recharge. I was expecting to be more bulky but is actually quite slim considering there is a battery inside.
