Speed Screen gutter guard is an all aluminum gutter screen that requires no screws and lifting of the shingles to install. You simply place the back of the screen inside the gutter, on top of the gutter brackets, then compress to spring load the screen snap it into place. Looked like a good idea but didn't do well in Florida downpours.
I've got a high pitched large roof that collects a lot of water during our Florida down pours. I had hoped that these would be a good compromise between keeping debris out of my gutters and letting the water flow into them. Unfortunately I found that they did not let enough water into the gutters during our Florida down pours. Most of the water just flowed across the their surface, over the edge and onto the ground. After observing this behavior a few times I decided that the gutters were totally ineffective with the screens on them so I took them all down. The happy part of this experience was that installation and removal was very easy!

Easy to install, sturdy
I will say I didn't install these. I had a friend do it for me. But he was highly impressed with the quality and ease of installation for the price. It took him about an hour to install about 160'. You can't see them at all from the ground and can barely see them from the street. I deal with helicopter seeds from silver maples and lots and lots of leaves from the maples and oaks. This will help tremendously with keeping the gutters clear. I am sure we will still have to give them a good cleaning every few years or so, but overall I am pretty happy with this product.

Way better than nothing!
The weave extends right to the edge, so it has a tendency to trap crud along the edges that has to be pulled by hand from time to time. Installing this has been a HUGE improvement, though. We have a lot of overhanging trees and get rain daily in summer, so the gutter system takes a ton of abuse. This product is cetainly good enough and much cheaper than other options I looked at.

Would no doubt work well for ONLY leaves.
My main gutter problem is small fir needles. Did not realize the ineffectiveness for my needs until after the "return date" had passed (waiting for a handyman), so sold them for a $50-75. loss.

Easy to install
Easy to install and will be easy to remove if needed. 4 stars due to poor packaging caused a hole in one of the guards which was unusable.

I recommend for easy to install and works
East to install once you figure outInstall lapping cut corner push down from right to left. Very easy no tools. Have had massive amounts of rain yet gutters have handled all without overflowing

Easy to install
These worked great on my 6" gutters. They snapped firmly into place, so no screws needed like others require.
