Awesome Wow !!! This is not my first strap but it's definitely the best strap I have. I do not understand how I managed so far without the padded handle. It improves the training in a way that cannot be described. Every stretch I do just does not hurt anymore. This posture corrector works great. This keeps me upright and straight, especially during long work hours with computer. It really straightens shoulders and back! No more problem with round shoulders. I love using this. Definitely a great product!My previous straps I had were not pleasant and rubbed my arms and back. Now it's a completely different experience. The door anchor is genius! It allows you to do many exercises and gives the possibility to diversify the training.

Absolute garbage. No instructions, way too small. No protection on the shoulder straps which means that your skin is going to suffer a lot. I won't be able to wear it for even 10 minutes.EDIT: It also tore when I flexed my muscles after wearing it for 5 minutes, so durability is very poor.

I got the large and I feel it is ridiculously tight. I am 5'8 and weigh 172. I can barely get it off of me on the largest it will go....although with that said it needs to be tight to do it's job and that it does. It forces me to keep straight. I can't wear it for too long as it is so tight on me and that's with the straps as loose as they will go

It arrived with the right shoulder harness coming apart from the rest of the harness. Could not even wear it one time.

Before purchasing took measurements and purchased the recommended size. Too small. No instructions included. Debating whether its worth it to return it for a larger size.

Had this for about a year, but only wore it 4-5x. Ripped on 5th time. Not good quality

Broke after second use. Size runs small
