I've bought balloon sets like this in the past and generally haven't had problems however 5 of the mylar balloons had serious defects, including a tear down the back and a hole (before even blowing up) and another popped with minimal air (seriously it wasn't even partially inflated.)Balloons are balloons so quality is pretty universal but I was disappointed with so many pieces being defective. Additionally some of the letter balloons hardly resemble the letters indicated (particularly the B, among others) and due to the low quality, blowing them up fully isn't an option unless you want them to pop.I should also add that while I don't particularly care about gender colors, sending pink ribbons to hang balloons for a package branded as "for men" is strange for a color scheme as it doesn't match silver/black/blue.

The 21st birthday decorating kit had everything needed. The 40 inch numbers were great. It's also impressive the quality and quantity of balloons you get. The only problem was one of the letter A's did not have the valve. Had to cut a small hole, insert straw, blow air in, tape the hole closed. Worked well enough but I took one star away for the defect. However, even with having to do that, I would absolutely buy this kit again.

I have ordered a kit like this one before. So I thought this would be the same. It however, did not come with any type of hand pump or anything to blow up the larger balloons. So we couldn't even use them for the party as I didnt have time to get something else. Really disappointing!

The blue was not metallic at all more of a navy regular latex ballon. I actually used is for the #12 😁 over all it did the job!

The 2 and a star balloon had a hole in them but a little piece of tape and we were good to go.

I used this for my sisters 21 birthday and she loved it.

Half the balloons had holes in them. Also the tab with the hole for the string to hang.. half if them were ripped.NOT WORTH BUYING!Barely stayed inflated.

So I ordered these balloons for my 21st birthday, and was left extremely disappointed. I want a refund. The balloons were of very cheap quality, and the "1" in 21 refused to inflate. The other balloons continually popped while inflating (took them to party city to be inflated, inflated some at home.) Go spend money at party city instead of this cheap stuff, I learned my lesson.
