Sleeves feel great. Helps my knees out during squats. Especially after injuries. Holding up pretty good. Other sleeves I had in the past started failing at the seams.

I’ve owned quite a few different pairs of knee compression sleeves, and these are really impressive! All the others I’ve owned, are a very thin material. These are different, in that they’re really thick. I love the extra thickness to give padding & protection during workouts! They’re still flexible enough and give plenty of support during squats and lunges. They feel like a very high quality product. The sizing seems to be accurate. The paperwork that comes with it says they’re machine washable. A mesh storage bag is included, and the instructions state to put them in the bag when adding to your washing machine. I haven’t washed them yet, but I’m happy to know they don’t have to be hand washed 😀If you’re looking for extra support, especially with some padding to protect your joints, I definitely recommend trying these!

Knee Sleeves (1Pair) Compression Support& Protection for Weightlifting, Workout, Crossfit, Squats,These knee compression sleeves work well for basic support but they do stretch out after a few months of use so expect to replace these. In order for the support to work, they need to be on the tighter side, comfortable but snug. They work well as a day to day support for arthritic knees and are true to size.The neoprene will give you more support than just a spandex sleeve so if you need a bit more, these should do the job. The extra thickness of the neoprene really offers a step up in the support department. They aren't as strong as a hinged brace. These are machine washable in the enclosed mesh bag. Do NOT put these in the dryer since it will cause the fabric to break down quicker.

It fit me perfect, and felt so comfortable. I was never able to squat much before having the knee compression sleeves because I didn't feel safe. I now feel more confident knowing I have support on my knees I am slowly adding more and more weight now.

I ordered these knee support sleeves to use mainly when I'm gardening. I do a lot of bending, kneeling and lifting and my joints can get a bit painful; I have inflammation in them and these compression sleeves help a lot with that. I've found that they are also a great aid in exercising, especially doing bends which never felt like they were a good idea until I tried doing them while wearing these. I quit doing them because they were a little painful and I was worried that I would damage my knee joints. I'm happy that I can start doing them regularly again, because I've lost a lot of muscle in my legs because of surgeries and I don't want to have trouble walking when I get older. These are very well made and appear extremely durable. They have quite a bit of padding, so kneeling is much more comfortable. I think these sleeves are going to be very helpful to me and they'll get a lot of use. (They look cool, too!)
