I tried the Nema product because Hebrew National salami was unavailable at the time. I wont do it again

Why not Hebrew national "bullets"?

I prefer Hebrew National over Kosher Style salamis! However fir I can't get the HN due to they aren't shipping the next in line is Nema Halal. I do have a salami addiction.

My guess is "kosher-style." It doesn't have the kosher label anywhere. I buy it only because I like the flavor.
