Good for higher draw weights and compound shooters, but pricey!
These arrows are similar in construction and quality to the others available on Amazon...with 2 exceptions: they are much stiffer, and more pricey. These arrows are the stiffest carbons I've found on Amazon so far, and I would guess that they likely far exceed the 350 spine rating. Other throws say 400 or 450, and are far more flexible. For those shooting compound bows at 60-75 lbs., which I would think makes up the majority, these arrows are sufficiently rigid. These won't turn to spaghetti regardless of my draw weight. I would give them 5 stars, but they are far more expensive than comparable mass produced carbons, being in the price range of the feather arrows online which are hand-made, and not offered by the dozen at a discount. With the only difference being the spine, I would expect similar pricing. I am waiting for the other distributors to catch on and offer up their own stiff carbons so I can stock up on inexpensive practice arrows. For now, I can special order stiff turkey feather arrows for less, and I prefer feathers.

so I'm pretty sure I won't ever purchase this brand of arrow ...
Within 2 days I managed to break all 6 of the arrows. I will accept blame for the first couple; as one or two of them went careening off of a rock in the hill behind my target. After adjusting where I was shooting and moving myself farther back, I was still finding that the arrows were taking a severe beating, and I have ended up with 6 arrows without tips now. Even a softer impact into dirt from 30-40 yards away (when I miss the target) would result in fraying of the fibreglass down the shaft of the arrow; this ended up meaning that the whole tip assembly would fall out after a few shots. I also noted that some of the tips were not fully seated in the shaft of the arrow out of the package; so I'm pretty sure I won't ever purchase this brand of arrow again.

Great for low draw weight compounds and high draw weight recurves
Tough arrows. They're recommended for recurve bows, and if you're shooting higher pound draw weight, they're great. However, the advertising was a little misleading, as well as I was an uninformed consumer, because it suggested these arrows were good for use with a recurve bow. Again, they are, but only at 40# or higher. At lower recurve draw weights, you need an arrow with a much higher spine for effective arrow flight.

For a cheap arrow it shoots fairly well. I only got about 10 shots per arrow before the knock started turning in the end. This ended up ruining the fletching on a few arrows. If I would have removed and glued both the knock and the inserts I think they would of lasted longer.

So So
Okay. They didn't hold up too well, especially if the target was missed or glanced. The tip ends kept fracturing, or the threaded inserts would come loose. I got some Easton Carbon Stalkers to replace these and they fared much better. However, these flew well when fresh and they were inexpensive.

Good Buy
I wanted good, not excellent arrows and at a good price, that I may lose during practice. This purchase is exactly what I wanted.
