The separation is harmless and can often be remixed by shaking the bottle, while simultaneously twisting for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. **Q: What is the point of scrunching out the crunch?** A: The cast that forms from applying Spiralicious Gel will help your curls with longevity and definition. Scrunching out the crunch can mean the difference between crispy, stiff curls or soft, moveable curls with double the volume. **Q: Does Spiralicious Styling Gel have protein?** A: No, our stylers are all protein free! **Q: What order do you use Spiralicious Styling Gel and Rockin' Ringlets Styling Potion?** A: We recommend starting with Rockin' Ringlets and then adding a layer of Spiralicious Gel, however all hair types are different and you may find better results when emulsifying the products before applying to your hair. **Q: I'm losing a lot of volume/curls as the day goes on. What's the problem?** A: Spiralicious Styling Gel might be too heavy on your curl pattern, weighing it down throughout the day. We recommend using a smaller amount. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Didn’t work for my 2B/C curls *by on Reviewed in India 11 February 2020* I used the product 3 times and all 3 times it made my curls look oily and lifeless and weighed down.
