I have a 30" waist so I followed the size chart and ordered the XL/XXL and it fits the way it should. It is very snug, holding everything in without making me feel suffocated. You will need some upper body strength to get it on (esp if you got some hips and a poppin booty) but it is one of the most comfortable shape wear I have owned.

So my chiropractor recommended me to get a waist trainer to help me get my shape back after my pregnancy. It definitely sucks in my belly but as far as does it really help get your shape, I’m not sure. I felt it was worth a try, especially for the price. Plus if I attend weddings or fancy events it can help suck in my belly. I’m 5’2 and 112lbs pre pregnancy. When I started using this 2 weeks ago after 1 week postpartum I weighed 130lbs. I ordered a Medium and it fits great. Snug but breathable and surprisingly comfortable. I wear it all day until evening when I’m done going out for the day.

I had twins 4 years ago and still have a bit of stomach issues. It's tight but not constricting. I can bend over in it just fine. It doesn't show up under most of my clothes.The only reason why I didn't give it 4 stars is because I still am not sure which way to put it on and it seems I have to do adjustments to get it to feel right. Sometimes it pokes me. I am 5'1 and 129 pounds and ordered the med/large size. My clothes are usually sized 6 to 8

Keep in mind that this item is an Asian product which means it is sized differently than traditional American sizes. The sizing chart is accurate, follow it. I am 5’5” and usually wear between 8-10 (M), and the 2XL shapewear gave me the support I was looking for, without rolling down. The fabric is soft and comfortable with pliable ribbing. I don’t see any seams when I wear it underneath my clothes and it gives my torso a smooth appearance.

I've worn this everyday for the last five days and I must say I'm a huge fan. I have never had a waist trainer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. After having my son I needed a little help in the belly area. This holds everything in, nice and tight, and you can't see it under my clothes. It also helps me sit and stand up straighter so its helping my posture too. I ordered a XL becasue I didn't want it to be to tight for my first time wearing one and it was perfect. I am 5' 7" and 160lbs. Now that I am used to wearing it i will probably order another one in large.

Bought this to help shape my postpartum belly after having twins. It does smooth the tummy. It creates a small back roll at the top of the band in the back even with a good bra. I guess it has to go somewhere....I am 5feet 2 inches and weigh 158 I ordered the xl the size down would have likely been uncomfortable and a pain to get on. I tuck it under the bra all the way around and it fits well. It doesn't seem to roll down from the top..yet anyway. It serves its purpose. For the price it'll do

Didn't pass out from it being too tight so that's good. It fits snug and feels good on my lumbar spine holding my lower abdomen in and supporting my low back. Perks are my waist is slimmed too. Takes a minute to get on.

This runs small. I ordered a xs/s, which what my normal clothes sizes are, to hide my mom pooch. It was so tight I almost couldn't get it on. I know it's designed to be tight but I think if I were to do over I would get the next size up
