    Great product or gift for any Vegan or  whole food plant based eater

I would stronger suggest these books as a great gift for vegans or whole food plant based eaters.  Some may have to look up several of the ingredients as it is a British book and some of the lingo is different, but all the ingredients are available in the US.  Very tasty recipes and almost all have videos to watch them being prepared online, but I still would suggest the book for ease of use and measurement specifics.  The recipes are very unique and tasty!!!
