I was impressed with the solid construction. I like the ability to use the cleats for long distance rides and the straps for city riding. I find it much safer to use the toe clip with straps when riding in the city with frequent and often time sudden stops. This pedal gives me the flexibility for any riding environment simply by using the other side of the pedal. I do have two pairs of shoes, one with cleats and one without so that helps too.

Almost broke my ankle with this. The SPD came off while I was riding. The 6 month warranty is BS. They are arguing with me that it is my fault it broke, when their screw fell out and is the reason that it broke. Terrible service and terrible product. Do not waste your time. Spend a little more money and buy something that's actual quality.

No dislikes. The product was easy to install and the clips needed no adjustments.

Did not fit my standard SPD clips. There was too much room and allowed for movement during my ride.

Horrible!! Don’t waste your money! Within 3 months the metal spd clip cracked and broke off. The other pedal was always loose no matter whether or not the tension screw was tightened. Could not return to Amazon and no support from them regarding the manufacturer extended warranty. Regrettably has to give it one star in order to submit this review.

Replacement for a spin bike. They work great, been in use for months

Lasted 5 months. It fell apart repeatedly and I had to constantly put it back together. I gave up on these. I would not recommend.

My regular pedal just loosley turns in it, I even fell and I'm used to pedaling with clips, you have to rotate your knee in an angle to get out that is not possible.I took it to a bike shop and they told me it is just plain crap, and since I had it installed late, I can't even return. Waste of money.
