Not Reliable
I tested these batteries for use in wireless devices connected to an enterprise level energy monitoring system. Take a look at the photo- It shows the exact voltage of the batteries in these devices. Devices 1, 3, and 5 have SAFT batteries. Devices 2 and 4 and these batteries. The data clearly shows that there are issues with the batteries. They may be ok for a flashlight or something, but for anything that needs to be reliable I would stay with SAFT.

The batteries didn’t work. Had exact spec batteries I needed and they don’t work.
