Provides relief
I have herniated disk in my L4 L5. When I'm having excessive pain, i wear this brace. It relieves my back. My pain will go from an 8 to a 4. I can only feel relief for a few hours. Otherwise, I need a heating pad or some ibuprofen. But, it does provide relief on the short term when I need it.

This product is great. Im 6'4 and ha e always had a sloching problem. Ive been having issues with my spine and muscles in my shoulders and lower neck as a result.
