The bulb was completely br
I did return it. It arrive with Glass bulb just broken off from base. I will reorder again. Very nice and I know that I will enjoy it if it is not damaged.

Love it but I used it twice and the switch went out of it already2 Nd one was for a friend.. she loves it!

not hot enough
Did not get hot. only warm. My last one had a different type light bulb and it got very warm but eventually wouldn't stay lit.

Arrived broken in very poor packaging
I had used one of these in a spa recently and fell in love with it, so I was very excited to order one! The packaging was very thin, not enough to protect the item. The lightbulb was smashed into the base, glass slivers were everywhere and fell all over my floor and carpet. The dome is pictured as being easy to rest one's feet, however, the actual salt dome is so rounded, like half of a playground ball, one cannot comfortably rest one's feet. I returned the item.

Very disappointed.
I had this product for less than 24 hours.I received it.... plugged it in because I was so excited to use it.Barely got warn and in less than 2 HOURS it stopped working!!!Submitted for refund right away. And sent back to Amazon in less than 24 hours.

Not warm at all
I used one at a salt cave, this one is no we’re near the quality. It doesn’t warm up hardly at all. The warmth is the best part of the salt therapy

Missing bulbs, and not able to find the right ones in stores or on line
Love it but would like it to light up can't find 75w125v bulbs that works for this .7w120 don't even light it up in it at all . maybe something wrong with the cords.wish it lite up should've came with bulbs

Poor quality, have seen better. Cord and bulb socket were corroded had to be replaced. Having said that works well a larger watt bulb would make it a little bit hotter rather than the 15 W a 20 W, perhaps. warm enough for what I like.Did not come packaged very well.

Purchase extra light bulbs
The lightbulb burnt out within the first day I had it and plugged it in. Besides that it is great. Definitely disappointed that one bulb is already burnt.

Not impressed
Got it in the mail and the salt rock is smashed not impressed for what I paid. The salt rock doesn’t even sit on top of the bulb the bulb is too big for the salt rock. What an absolute disappointment. I will be sending it back !

No dimmer switch
The lamp was great but it said it had a dimmer switch, but it has a regular on off switch.
