Desert king figs are frost hardy down to 10 degrees f. and maybe lower without loosing any fruit. desert king figs are big, see picture above, with pink inner flesh that is ooooh so syrupy sweet. I eat mine fresh from the tree. yum! they are green on the outside and turn yellowish when ripe in august. they produce a very heavy crop every year and in warm climates they will have another crop of figs in spring.
