Very quick shipment. Order arrived in perfect condition (The item was inside a box with LOTS OF ROOM and NO packing). The microphone is a little weak, I wish they'd placed it closer to the end of the piece (closer to where your mouth is). Bluetooth connection is easy, and fast; each time I turn it on, it is connected within about 5 seconds (a pleasant voice says "Power ON", then "Connected").The sound volume is meager on some applications, and it is very good on others. Using the phone, the speakers seam a little weak, and the person on the other end says my voice is a little hard to hear (unless I hold my hand in front of the tiny MIKE hole to help direct the sound. Using it to listen to MP3 music, the sound is loud enough, but mostly mid-range (what can you expect from a couple of speakers the size of nickles?).All-in-all, I'm happy with the purchase and the value.

So lightweight and comfortable that you forget you are wearing it. Battery life excellent. I charge it once a week despite using it most days. The sound is fine for podcasts but the small speakers don't have enough bass for quality music. Still better than I would have imagined for the price.The biggest problem is they are very brittle. I read at least one review warning me that they would crack at the back and mine did after a few months. I put some electric tape on them and have used them for a few more months. Then they snapped entirely so I added even more tape. When that fails I will either buy another pair as they are cheap and comfortable, or I might spend a lot more on a version that has a flexible band.

This is one of the rare bad purchases I've made on Amazon. I got it to use in my car since its against the law in my state to drive with headphones on and my car radio is an old one so I had no practical way of using my phone audio on it. The first day I got this headset I was able to connect my phone to it via Bluetooth with no problem. But the sound was really bad... AM radio quality if not worse. For music this would be unacceptable but for a talk show or podcast it might be bearable. Even worse is that this headset was incredibly uncomfortable. There is an old movie with Will Smith, "Wild Wild West" where he and another guy are forced to wear these metal neck shields and this headset reminded me of that device! My neck size is 17 1/2, which i think is fairly average for a man, so if your neck is that size or larger you will not like this headset.Anyhow, on day two I could not connect the bluetooth no matter how many times I tried. I tossed the headset aside and thought about returning it but decided to try again in a few weeks once I got back from a vacation. When I returned I was able to connect via bluetooth again but then just as before on the next day no connection, and I tried every combination of turning the unit and my phone on and off. I also tried another phone and this headset could not connect so it was useless. Today I went in to my Amazon account to return the headset and my return window ended yesterday! Oh well, my bad for not taking care of this sooner.Save your money and get something better!

I use these to listen to music at work at low volume with little to no background noise . I wasn't too fond of them at first because they have no bass to speak of . The mids and highs sound good , but the overall range is missing depth . Once I got used to the bassless sound I think they'll work just fine . They're lightweight , I forget it's there in fact . Battery life is great on low volume . For the price you can't beat them . Recommended , just don't expect Bose sound quality for 30 dollars .**Edit** one year later and I still use this 5 days a week . The back plastic cracked so I had to do a duct tape mod , other than that no problems , still going strong .

While the sound quality is at best average, there are definitely two things you will love about this: The price. It is dirt cheap. And secondly, the battery life. I work at a job where I have this hanging around my neck all day, for a twelve hr shift, and I still have almost 50% left when i get off. I run out of data more than my battery life. Worth it!

Decent sound for what it is. Sounds like putting your cell phone up to your ears. Great value compared to others in the same range.Item broke 3 days after my return window. The non flexible horseshoe broke getting it around my neck. It didn't break into two pieces so it's still usable.

I bought this headphone 6 months ago. I waited this long to make sure that my review is accurate. In brief, I find the sound quality is outstanding considering the price (mind you that this is not a Bose or other high end headphones). The only thing I wish is that the bass could be more defined or "solid". But that may require larger speakers. I use this headphones mostly when I have my long walk by myself. The stereo is great as you can hear the separation clearly when you hear those songs of the 60s and 70d. The battery life is excellent based on my own experience. I especially love the fact I could just hang the headphones around my neck and not in or over my ears. As a whole, I enjoy these headphones very much and highly recommend them!

Pros: battery life is good, I used it for 7 hours before recharging (it doesn't tell what the battery level is). I used it outside and it was loud enough. Didn't have any power tools or any loud noise sources competing though. Controls easy to use. Ears don't hurt anymore from earbuds being used for hours at a time. Ambient/environmental noises not muted as they are with earbuds. Allows me to have conversation from phone. Connects to phone quickly. Stays on neck well, stable positioning.Cons: Audio quality is reminiscent of a 1960 pocket transistor radio. Which is OK as I mainly listen to audiobooks. Neckband is very stiff and has to be twisted to put onto neck. Not sure how long before it will break. Volume is not really loud enough to get over power tools, etc. Connection range is very short, especially in my back pocket, then it drops sound/connection frequently (worst of all my bluetooth audio devices).
