Took it out of the box and there were things rattling around inside the unit. After taking it apart I found 3 screws. The screws belonged in the fan motor, the motor was just sitting there with nothing holding it in place. After reassembly the unit works fine.Update on review.Customer service is top notch. They we concerned about their product and my review. They replaced the first unit with a new one. The second unit was perfect and works as advertised. Would recommend this purifier to anyone. It’s nice to have a company stand behind their product, great job Wagner!!

It's not as quiet as they say but still not bad.

This air purifier may work ok, I’ve had it 2 days so we’ll see, BUT it turns itself off, changes speed and constantly turns its timer on when I would prefer that it operate using the settings I set, rather than constantly adjusting itself. It seems like it wants to turn itself off a lot but aren’t these things made to run constantly on a low setting? I can not recommend.

This is my third Wagner air purifier. I like all 3 models. Works perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is the best air filter we have ever had. It's superquiet, very easy to move from room to room. My husband is asthmatic and it really helps him. Does a great job. Very good customer service as well. Forget the cheap air filters. This is Swiss engineered.

The unit is sleek can worked out of the box. There are many functions available for use, though it is hard to see the display because it is too dark. Also, the "ion" function, that can be turned on or off, does not seem to do anything. Other than the indicator on the display, there is no noise or change in the air quality. My biggest concern is the remote, it is cheap and seems to control the unit by itself, changing the speed and timer, so i have to keep it in a drawer.The unit does seem to freshen the air and moves a good volume. Not sure I'd pay as much as I did for another one though.

It does purify the air because it eliminate the cooking odor pretty soon. However it's very noisy, cannot be used at bedroom or when watch TV. The power button keep blinking when it is off. I have to disconnect it from the electricity outlet to stop the blinking. Not a very thoughtful design.

Product turns off on it's own, who would even think that's a good feature to add for an expensive air purifier...
