Update: this fits a 14x14 pillow insert perfectly.This is a 14 x 14 pillow case. That will most likely fit a 12 x 12 pillow insert. I have a picture to show you the difference between a 16 x 16 insert and the pillowcase I received.Is it soft. Yes.Is it nice looking. Yes.However I bought the trilogy of pillowcases to fit 3 of my 16 x 16 inserts. Now I have to purchase new inserts. I highly doubt a 14 x 14 insert will fit this case. Seriously. The zipper opening is quite small.

Beautiful but size difference
Great colors, goes well with matching blanket. However, it is NOT 15x15. Much smaller. I stuffed it myself and it looks fine. I’d say use either a 12x12 pillow form or loose fiberfill.
