Damaged tank
Had to buy this part due to the price fact the water container is not made as strong as the rest of the appliance and susceptible to damage to the top of the water container which is flawed to be damaged due to plastic quality.

Very expensive for a very flimsy part which will break easily again
Service was good received next day. Can't believe how flimsy the tank is for £25 + . Without it the steam mop , which I love , is useless. I doubt I'd buy another as the tank cracks so easily and is so expensive to replace . Shame really as the steam mop is brilliant apart from this

H20 water tank steam mop.
Absolutely unbelievable amount of cheap plastic. My water tank has cracked for the third time at 30.00 per new tank. I’ve just bought this one and the heavy weight piece inside the tank has crack AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Wasn’t dropped, wasn’t kicked, I lay it flat every use so it doesn’t drop the mop handle to the floor. It works very well, but it’s crap. The make has been made toooooo cheaply. I am disgusted and a mere ‘feather’ that will crack the tank. I getting a refund. I have ‘babied ‘ it as I realised the tank was extremely cheaply made, but now the metal weight inside the tank has cracked it and it’s leaking all over my floor. 3 tanks now and I need a fourth. Can’t get hold of manufacturer as their website seems to have closed down. DO NOT PURCHASE THE H20 STEAM MOP, useless and extremely expensive rubbish

Replacement water tank
Needed this item because my water tank was broken .I bought this steamer in October 2024 and expected it to last longer than 3 months , plus I did nothing wrong with the original one but I started leaking water everywhere ,so ordered a new one which seamed to take ages to come,Just seeing how long this replacement will last plastic seems very cheap .
