Still fidgeting and learning
Easy set up. But still trying to figure out how to connect multiple ptz cams. . Hoping to bump up the stars but foe now it's alright.

Works great with Tenveo cameas.
This controller works great with the cameras and makes using the cameras much easier. Just got ours this week and set it up today for broadcasting our churches worship services.Couple of quirks you need to be aware of.Right is left and left is right. The camera goes then opposite direction of which you push. If you push the joystick to the right, camera goes to the left.Also note there are no setup instructions in the box with the joystick controller.Had to learn and watch a YouTube video on how to setup the presets.Easiest way that I discovered to do it:Setting up presets:Press setup button, then preset button, then #, press enter button.Calling up preset:Press esc, press shot, press #, press enter button.After I discovered how to do the presets I was able to setup the camera for my videographer. (My wife)It does exactly what I want it to now.

If it would have cost less then I wouldn’t be upset that it doesnt Come with instructions
This thing comes with no manual..no tech support . There’s not even any videos on YouTube to even explain this think.

Hard to setup without printed or digital user guide
I like the build quality (looks like the PTZOptics model)I recommended for my client to purchase a his new PTZ camera, unfortunately, there is no printed or digital user guide in the in the box. The included QR Code card is not working.online download is not a user guide. I need help especially how to set and call presets, and how to assign presets to “F1” through F4” and use it to quickly select the camera to be controlled.

Probably a good controller.........but,
I finally gave up trying to understand what the manual writer was saying in his Chinese-English. Couldn't find any videos on YouTube that might have showed me how to get the two cameras I bought talking with the Tenveo Joy Stick controller. Sent the two cameras and the Tenveo back and bought three manual Canon cameras to mate with my ATEM Mini Pro mixer direct. So often, SIMPLE is the best solution...or, to put it more bluntly : KISS (Keep it Simple, Stupid! )
