GUPi BUNDLE - Rubberized Hard Shell Case with Matching Neoprene Sleeve Cover for MacBook Pro 13, 15 & 16-inch Models (use drop down menu to select model and size)

An easily installed protective cover, which also fits well and its attachment is strong, but still removable without damaging the MacBook Pro (if you have strong fingers to ply the case around the small fixing tabs!). While offering a strong coloured mat finish along with a soft to touch finish. The plastic is't quite as hard as my last ploy-carbonate cover. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing as this is probably why its easier to fit/remove without damaging the machine its protecting. Though if this translates into any less protection from knocks I can't say, but sometimes a little "give" may actually increase the protection.The lid/screen cover still allows the Apple logo to show though when on, with it giving the logo the colours tint and defusing the outline a little (I personally like the effect! But if you don't wish to see the light or logo, I'm sure the logo could be blanked/covered by some strategically placed card between the lid and cover).The bottom cover does have two large cut aways on both sides to give unfettered access to all the ports. As the cover is held by two small tabs on the front edge and two large tabs at the rear (I found it better to locate and clip the rear ones first, then gently press the front of the PC into the case until the tabs lock!). The base cover is then secure. There is a large area of air vents cut into the base cover and also two sets of three air intake vents (to align with the MacBook's built-in ones.I have noted, there might have been an improvement, by adding two more fixing tabs (each side centre). As this would have possibly afforded some redress, to the rigidity lost by the cut-aways in both sides (Though, this really doesn't detract much). The only other point worth mentioning is the four foam feet. While so far these haven't given me any problem yet, they appear to be attached by glue. So how long these will stay where they are, we'll see. They must have the most potential to fail, over time.The neoprene Case Cover is just great, its colour matched and "fits like a glove" (More like a mitten!). When used together with the covered MacBook Pro, it increases the PC's protection greatly, while still giving you a compact unit.The whole affair of ordering and even its delivery, was truly Excellent! This Case/Cover has truly surpassed my expectations and regardless, or should that be, despite the price, this is an excellent product, that I am happy to endorse (Accepting that the points above, are to be highlighted).

The two parts of this case fit really snugly, importantly has ventilation ports are in the right place and it looks great too. The neoprene sleeve provides that extra padding for when in transport and is simple to put on and take off gets easier with use. This did smell on arrival but this soon dissipated. Once the two halves of the case are attached I would suggest not removing them. In this regard I can only give the overall bundle 4 stars as one of the securing tabs became cracked when I had to remove the bottom half of the case recently. The base is still secure and as other reviews have mention once on you should really leave as it can prove quite difficult to remove. At the price it would not be too expensive to replace but at the moment there is no rush as all fit snugly still.

The product itself is brilliant, the colour is what I wanted. Slightly disappointed with the finishing around the edge of the case. They can be smoother in places... but for the price you cannot expect perfection. I do find it hard to fit my Mac easily into the protective sleeve when I have the plastic case on. I think it needs to be slightly larger as it is slightly too tight and i feel like I am battling to get it in. and on an occasion almost dropped my mac trying to put it in.The screen cleaners were missing... I haven't had chance to track down an information to find out if I can actually get some sent to me..but hopefully it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Love this product bundle. Good value and great delivery

I bought this product so I will be able to travel with my macbook with some more protection. However when receiving this product and trying to put on the hard case, I found that it doesn't fit my Macbook Pro 15inch, which is what this item is described for. The soft case that the macbook goes inside of, my macbook only just about fits. I will not return this product because it was really only the soft case I wanted but I do question whether this product has been described correctly.

I spent a couple of weeks searching and reading many reviews for a case for my new macbook pro. I looked at plenty (tech21, spec seethru and kazoo) and this product seemed the cheapest and some pretty good reviews. I purchased it thinking it could be a temporary case whilst I hunted more. It arrived a day earlier than estimated, I opened it and was very surprised at the quality. The hard case and sleeve are both top quality. I have been using it now for over a month and can say I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and others. Very good and very cheap bundle.

Neoprene sleeve is great, very impressed. Hard shell case is also fine: easy to fit and offers good protection.The reason it loses a star is because I chose a white hard shell case, and within a week it started to discolour badly, picking up colour from the black neoprene sleeve, which became permanent due to the heat of the MacBook. May not be a problem if you pair a lighter sleeve & darker hard shell - but it's something to be aware of. (NB the discolouration makes it less attractive to steal!)

I have been shopping on Amazon for many years now and I have never left any feedback on an item before. However, this time I have to say that this is an excellent product. The hard shell case fits the 15 inch MacBook Pro Retina like a glove. The Neoprene sleeve cover is a great item and much better than the other neoprene sleeve that I own. Also, the 5 screen cleaning clothes are a nice added to touch to what is already an extremely good value bundle. If you own a MacBook Pro, then buy one of these bundles today. You will not regret it.
