DyNamic 18W Fog Smoke Oil Pump 220-240V AC 50HZ for Stage 900W Smoke Machine Accessories

This was bought to replace the pump on a DJ smoke machine and worked perfectly. Saved an otherwise perfectly good piece of equipment from going to recycling. Recommend buying it.

The pump in my snow machine regularly fails - probably due to lack of use. Sometimes they can be repaired but if not, this one is a good replacement.It is virtually identical to the original - all such pumps seem to be more or less the same so probably it will suffer from the same trouble as the others I have had - but who knows.I bought two so as to have a spare just in case and I intend to run the machine every few months to try and stop it getting stuck.

Even though this pumps looks physically the same as the one you may wish to change, I had to carry out quite a few modifications in order to work. This included drilling out and increasing the size of the copper pipe fixing nut, grinding off the pumps support bracket and increasing the size of the water bottle pipe using 2 layers of heat shrink tubing. That said, worked first time so would buy again.

This worked a treat for my smoke machine, it had been outputting very little for a while and then gave up the ghost, i could tell it was still getting hot so decided to bite the bullet and change the pump. Its now working better than i ever remember! I just cut the old wires and used terminal blocks to put them back on (just remember to make sure terminal blocks/wires are well away from the heater)

Got my 900 watt smoke machine to work again with this pump seems more powerful too

Doz what it says on the tin .. simple to fit.. don't know its life span yet most of that is down to the cleaning of the whole unit when the smoke machine is in storage... but defo a cheap fix
