This is a great wallet for both new and veteran Cryptoholders! Users should use caution when storing the seed phrases. SecuX does a great job with providing 2 copies of seed phrases 24 word sheets to store in a safe. 1 for 1 safe and a 2nd one for a spouse or backup in case of emergency. The packaging is decent and even comes with a dust protective pouch and a micro USB Charger for the W20 itself! The device comes with a tamper indicating tape all around the box and the device itself. This seller is very responsible!The device itself needs to be used as the directions explain. This is not for an expert only. But this should also not be purchased by someone who may send their crypto assets to a wrong address! Be very very cautious! And have a bluetooth enabled device such as a cell phone to connect in sync with this Crypto wallet. This will only work if you have both a cell phone/web enabled computer with bluetooth, and the SecuX w20 itself. A very safe device in terms of it being non connected to the network and not being vulnerable cyber attacks thanks to its military grade Chip inside that will not be hacked! Rest assured that your Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Etc. Will be safer here than on your mobile Crypto trade app! I just got into crypto and was hacked in only a few weeks of using one of the larger online exchanges.The exchange would not take responsibility for the hack and inevitably losing a couple thousand dollars. it was obvious I needed to purchase a cold wallet.This wallet had decent reviews, seemed fairly easy to set up, and has worked well since.My only complaints is that it sometimes has an issue connecting with your phone to update your account and transfer new crypto to it. In this case, I usually reboot both the phone and the device and it usually ends up working again. (I'm running android 13)It keeps your crypto safe just don't lose your pass keys or passwords.

Ok, I have used other hardware wallets, but I wanted one that had more options like blue tooth and a better user Interface. This one does that. The user interface is easy to and the big touch screen is easy to read. I have the Ledger Nano S and I'm 61 so it's a little hard to read the one line menu item. Also, I found that after loading up four different cryptos on the Nano S I couldn't load any more crypto accounts. I had other cryptos, but they would not fit. Maybe the Nano X is better, but I thought I might as well try the SecuX. I also have the Trevor or Trezor, but this one was by far the easiest to use and setup. I transferred all my currencies easily from the Nano to the SecuX. Down the road for doing purchases, this can use the Bluetooth for that as well. It has both Bluetooth and USB for setup and I have used both successfully with no trouble. Now, It does support all ERC tokens and about 8 others, but all the main currencies are there. There are a couple I would like to put on there, but they are not supported yet. Now that said, the support team is GREAT. They email you back right away with a response to questions AND they are working to add tokens that I suggested. So far of the three types I have tried, this one is by far the best. It is not the round one, but the square one that is just a hair older. I love it though and it does what I need it to. By next year tens of thousands of stores will accept Crypto, I would get started. Not that hard really, but have to pay attention to what you are doing. Lastly, the device comes in a small bag to protect it and seem built tough enough for daily use. Enjoy!
