Camera works great

So good that I’ve ordered another one. Very easy to set up, took a minute, if that. Really good picture even in night vision mode which was the issue with the old baby monitor. Couple of minor issues are that it makes quite a bit of noise when the camera moves (but as long as baby is asleep it’s fine) and that can only be logged in on one device at a time.

Awful piece of kit as follows:- Very difficult to set up- Instructions almost impossible to follow due to ridiculous translation from Chinese- You have to give your home wifi password to a Chinese company- Totally reliant on your wifi - if it goes down then the whole thing is useless- Whenever you turn it on it makes three loud ping noises which wake up your baby and can't be turned down- The camera moved itself to from facing the baby to the complete opposite direction (the ceiling) several times in the few weeks I had it.- There's a time-lag for pictures and sound- The app on the phone sets itself to run all the time and crashes every day- The only positive is that the video is good quality high definitionI sent this back and bought BT's 6000 model. It's three times the price of these types of cheap Chinese models, but for something like this it's so important to get something that works (reliable, a doddle to set up, not reliant on wifi, no time lag). I don't work for BT - I'm sure that other western brands are just as good. You get what you pay for - which in this case isn't very much.I'm amazed at all of the other positive reviews for this. Some of them look odd (ie. suspicious) to me.Avoid!

As the headline suggests this little camera is ok for the money. I find the picture quality is not ad good as I'd expect. Other than that it works well and is pretty responsive.

Great product was a bit tricky to setup but when we got it working was pleasantly surprised at picture quality and extra features!we purchased as have two dogs, one has really bad anxiety when left alone and started chewing the house! Now we can keep an eye on him when we’re out and talk to him if needed which has made a massive difference, (also found out who is the slipper chewing culprit!! Highly recommend!

No longer works after purchase 3 months ago wouldn’t switch on no power to it

Picture is great (HD).....spot on for pet watching, which is what I brought this for.Well it was for my super obsessed partner who adores our little moggies.She is always checking on them and because it has a memory card function, no subscription is required.Buy it, set it up, download app.....go! Simple as! (connect to wifi of course).Fully recommend.

Loses connection once going upstairs. Very disappointed
