The light warm chestnut did not work out. The dye is not gentle, but it's fast and easy.
I don't want super dark hair, so I used light warm chestnut on my dark brown. In some of the gray areas, it is a clowney orange. I would have used a light brown, but none was offered. The dye leaves my hair on the dry side, and I can foresee that with continued use, it will dry out more and more. I will probably get a darker color to have on hand only when I am in a rush, but this will NOT be my go to color. I will go back to Waterworks light brown. I only switched because I thought this Bigen would be faster, but it's not worth it. I'll wait 10 more minutes with Waterworks.

Works well but the color is too dark
The products works well in covering all the grey roots. However, the color is much darker than expected. I bought #7 (brownish black) previously and it was way too dark. So, I switched to #2 (light warm chestnut) this time hoping it'd be the right color. The color appears to be almost the same as #7, even having followed the instructions and the recommended time fully. I'd switch to the powder product in the future.
